Our Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Dates*

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

*Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and are subject to change. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on Canada Post rates at the time-of-order .

Shipping Time Frames

Standard:    5-10 business days

Express:    2-3 business days

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please use the form on our Contact page.

Orders placed with Sublime Medispa ships from Canada via Canada Post. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 14 business days.

*All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items sold by Sublime Medispa require special handling as specified by federal, provincial and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Sublime Medispa, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Sublime Medispa is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Sublime Medispa is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
